Two nights ago, while brushing my teeth,
I had this moment when everything felt
different, good, new.
We had just found out some great news
about both of our jobs, not to mention
we were both home together that evening,
a rare occurrence these days.
This past year was crazy. When I look back
on it, I see senior years in college, marriage,
a full-time job, graduation, a summer of
patchwork despair, creation, success, joy,
job interviews, travel. And now things open.
A new current is stirring in our little life
and I can definitely get comfortable here.
It feels wonderful.
Taylor, that picture is too cute and I just noticed your new header, too! Adorable! Are those engagement pics? Can I see them sometime? Also, do you want to hang out this weekend?
ReplyDeleteSo, I was pretty much going to say the same thing as ashley. Dang it. But, that header picture is adorable. I want to take pictures just.like. that. So cute. And, I'm so glad you are beginning to feel comfortable. You really have been through a lot in rhe past year!
