A drive into "town" to get ice cream. (above)
One day at camp there was a forest fire. Though the flames were miles away, little white flakes of ash snowed on us. The sun looked old and distant. Everything was glowing, the pictures I took are completely unedited. Until that day, the earth had never looked so creepy to me. (below)
hey taylor! just read your comment on my blog and you're right, it is very little food and the first week when i did it last year was hard for me... i don't recommend this meal plan for everyone but it's a good kick start for me to get in the habit of eating healthy again. once i get to my target weight (and that could only take a week or so) i stop and eat using the general guidelines - no additives, no preservatives, no dairy, minimal sauces, etc...
ReplyDeleteyou're right though it is great feeling healthy again!
oh, and with this meal plan i drink a TON of water which helps hydrate you when and if you're working out a lot.
thanks so much for commenting, i'm glad you did.
cute blog by the way!
It looks just like California in the summer! Crazy, right? We get tons of smoke from Forest Fires. It's bizzare!
ReplyDeletethe sunglasses in the third picture are great.
ReplyDeletethat's funny that go into town to get ice cream, because that's how i feel! i live out in the country, so there's no such thing as just running our or running up the road...it always a trip!
