Me: (After squeezing the last bit of toothpaste I could onto my brush) Here, you can put some on your own brush, you're better at getting it out.
Jake: (Squeezes a healthy portion of toothpaste onto his brush and puts the tube back.)
Me: What are you doing? Throw that away. It's done for.
Jake: (Flares nostrils) I'll take that as a challenge.
