Chicago Lights

I have this thing for lights. Uh! In a good way. And for Thanksgiving in the city, and the holiday season beginning, Advent, and special dates downtown, and city lights and dressed windows. Uh! I'm a goner.

You see, I think there's nothing more romantic than Thanksgiving and Christmas and all the weeks in between. Nothing. And celebrating Advent might be half the reason I'm Anglican. Maybe.

We had a magnificent evening downtown during the lights festival and just ask my friends, I jumped with excitement like a little kid. I want to make all of the photos in this post huge just to represent how marvelous and grand it was.

Then just as our little bellies began to growl and the crowds began pushing in too tight, we ducked into Big Bowl, which had a table just waiting for us.

PS: I finally convinced Jake to join me in the buffalo plaid trend. My dream come true! No ... this is my dream come true, three Jakes!
