The Scalettas for dinner

My best friend Olivia's sister Amanda lives in Chicago too. Her husband Vince, and their boys came over for dinner last night. We had an absolute blast. I can honestly say I think the Scaletta boys are the cutest little kids I know. And Vince and Amanda are such good parents, they are amazing to watch.

I served some classic spaghetti and a baked apple dessert that I'm really proud of. It just came to me ... like a dream ... or more like a craving.

We had such a fun time playing with the boys and catching up with their parents. Thanks for coming over Scalettas, for the yummy scones and your friendship!
